Our Talent Development Programmes

One of PPMA’s core strengths is the time and investment we make in running a series of talent development programmes. These have been run successfully for a number of years and always receive positive feedback from those participating.

We believe ongoing development is so important for HR & OD professionals, therefore we offer programmes for professionals at all stages in their careers. We focus on early career with our Apprentice of the Year programme and One to Watch Programme, established careers with our HR Rising Star Programme and executive careers with our Peer into the Future.

The Apprentice, One to Watch and HR Rising Star programmes have been designed to test your personal qualities in a range of activities, whilst at the same time helping you to enhance your confidence and resilience.

The Peer into the Future programme reflects PPMA’s passionate desire to stretch and develop HR & OD professionals. Our organisations need
future oriented, forward- thinking professionals – those who can both think outside the box, and especially don’t see a box at all. In this way we see HR/OD people as business leaders whose expertise happens to be in workforce related matters and enables business to innovate and transform.

We hope that participating in these talent development programmes will encourage you to achieve more than you thought possible in your career.
