The Public Services People Managers Association (PPMA) is the first choice association for people professionals in public services.
For more than 40 years we have been a collective voice for a highly qualified, passionate, committed and diverse public services Human Resources (HR) and Organisation Development (OD) community. We play a critical role in influencing key decision-makers and stakeholders involved in people management and workforce issues.
Earlier this year we informed you of the decision not to hold our annual conference that we had planned for March / April of this year and how we deferred it until April 2021. We are now going into another national lockdown and it now seems clear that there will not be an easy solution to the COVID-19 pandemic and it is likely to continue for many months into 2021 before we, hopefully, see a way to get control of it.
Given this continued uncertainty and the likely timescales involved we have had to make the difficult decision to no longer plan for a physical conference in 2021. We will however hold another virtual conference...
