PPMA Annual Conference
We’re proud to reflect on the remarkable success of PPMAHR25, our flagship in-person event dedicated to advancing the field of HR and OD. Held over three days—from Wednesday 9th to Friday 11th April 2025—at the Midland Hotel in Manchester, the conference brought together professionals from across the UK for an unforgettable experience of learning, networking, and collaboration.
PPMAHR25 featured a captivating line-up of sessions led by industry experts and thought leaders. Delegates explored a broad range of topics, including talent management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and more. Our speakers shared invaluable insights, practical strategies, and best practices to empower attendees in navigating the ever-evolving HR landscape with confidence and purpose.

One of PPMA’s core strengths is the time and investment we make in running a series of talent development programmes. These have been run successfully for a number of years and always receive positive feedback from those participating.
We believe ongoing development is so important for HR & OD professionals, therefore we offer programmes for professionals at all stages in their careers.
