The Programme
The PPMA Rising Star event is for applicants who have had at least 5 years operating as an HR professional and now looking to take the step into a senior HR role at some point in the near future. The competition has been designed to test personal qualities in a range of activities, whilst at the same time helping enhance confidence and resilience.
What can you expect from the programme?
Our main hope is that participating in this competition will give your confidence and provide a platform for you to achieve ever greater career outcomes.
Who can take part?
Our programme is open to all HR & OD colleagues across public service organisations who are currently working in manager level roles. We welcome people from all backgrounds and experience.
