The Programme
Our One to Watch programme is run alongside our Rising Stars event. It is a 2 day programme and has been designed to test people at the early stage of their HR professional career. Personal qualities will be tested in a range of activities, with a focus on ensuring we encourage individuals to enhance their confidence and resilience.
What can you expect from the programme?
Our main hope is that participating in this competition will give your confidence and provide a platform for you to achieve ever greater career success.
Who can take part?
Our programme is open to early HR & OD career professionals across public service organisations. We welcome people from all backgrounds and experience.
