PUBLIC SERVICES SEMINAR
Oleeo is delighted to invite you to attend our annual ‘Future of Public Services Recruitment Breakfast Seminar’. This year’s free to attend event will be held on Friday 18 October in Pimlico, just around the corner from Westminster where political decisions impact on recruitment challenges across citizen-facing services.
The theme of our event will be “Essential Trends For Every Public Sector Recruiter To Master”. Across the morning, we will share insights and best practice to help equip talent acquisition leaders to enhance their approaches to recruitment in a competitive sector and ease concerns around dilemmas such as talent scarcity, budget pressures and long time to hire to name but a few.
Oleeo has teamed with WiredGov, the UK’s No.1 government & public sector news alerting service, to understand the challenges inherent across central & local government, education, housing associations, blue light services, NHS and third sector bodies. Our agenda will build on this including the following:
- We will exclusively reveal the findings of a survey at this event and hear the views of the The Public Services People Managers Association (PPMA) at the event with a talk from its Executive Director Leatham Green.
- Tracy Hawthorne, a Director on the All Wales HR and LDS Collaboration Project will share her experiences on the challenges faced in unifying four Welsh police forces to centralise recruitment using one Oleeo platform and
- Carl Du Plessis, HR Transformation Lead at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust will talk about how to alleviate recruitment pains in the NHS whilst ensuring no disruption to ongoing service delivery across all HR specialisms.
