PPMA Rising Star and One to Watch 2020 Applications Close

The PPMA Rising Star event is for applicants who have had at least 5 years operating as an HR professional and now looking to take the step into a senior HR role at some point in the near future. Our One to Watch programme is run alongside our Rising Stars event.  It is a programme designed to test people at the early stage of their HR professional career.  Personal qualities will be tested in a range of activities, with a focus on ensuring we encourage individuals to enhance their confidence and resilience.

The Public Services People Managers Association (PPMA) is the first choice association for people professionals in public services.

For 50 years we have been a collective voice for a highly qualified, passionate, committed and diverse public services Human Resources (HR) and Organisation Development (OD) community.
