The world has changed in seismic ways since Covid 19 became a global pandemic in Spring 2020. Organisations and their people at all levels have had to shift the way they work and communicate in significant ways. Things remain in a state of flux as we settle into a new way of being, and no one knows how their working life will be when the dust settles, or if they will even have a job. What is indisputable, though, is that things will never go back to how they were. Recognising this, the sooner we are able to adapt our leadership approach to what people are referring to as the “New Work Order” the better.
