This session uses the well-known classic and much loved story of Alice in Wonderland to provide an interactive and light-hearted way for you as a leader to reflect on yourself, your team and your organisation. Enabling you to identify steps to succeed in a changing world.
We will thoughtfully guide you through an exploration of self-stories and self-permissions, while giving you practical tools to help you unlock the power to believe in 6 impossible things and to slay your Jabberwocky.
The session will explore:
The stories we tell ourselves
An understanding of the importance of giving permissions for both ourselves as a leader and others
Adapting your leadership to a changing environment
How to look at situations from different perspectives to identify new ways of working and drive change
Outcomes
ability to identify self-stories that either shrink or grow you as a leader
Identify personal leadership permissions which are important to you
have a practical plan for personal development
These tools will be used to adopt a strategic approach to support your leadership.
