Professor Beverly Alimo-Metcalfe will provide an overview of the Real World Group’s  research into the day-to-day leadership behaviours that have been shown through rigorous research to enhance performance, innovation, collaboration, readiness for change and reduce stress – all of the key factors that are essential in an era of reduced resources and increased demands.  Beverly will outline the research behind the model and describe its application across public sector organisations over the past few years to create real culture change and enhancement.  There will then follow an opportunity to consider what we have heard and how it applies within our own organisations.
