Penna and Black Leaders Present: Black Leaders in HR Webinar for Black Inclusion Week, with Melanie Medley and Tinu Olowe
| We’re delighted to be celebrating Black Inclusion Week at Penna between the 10th and 14th of May, in partnership with Black Leaders. |
| To mark the occasion, we are holding a webinar to explore the perspectives of two Black leaders in HR – Melanie Medley (Head of HR, interim at Southwark Council) and Tinu Olowe (Director of HR and OD at Enfield Council). |
| Melanie, Tinu and Penna’s Fiyin Fayeye will discuss the glass ceiling that exists for Black talent, how we can encourage the development of more Black leaders in HR. Melanie and Tinu will also discuss their own professional journeys. |
