Hello members and friends

It’s now just under 2 weeks to go to Conference and next in our series of introductions to our keynote speakers is Professor Beverly Alimo-Metcalfe.

Beverly has spent over 25 years in research and consultancy supporting the leadership development of individuals and increasing leadership capacity in organisations. She’s a Chartered Organisational Psychologist and Fellow of the British Psychological Society and Founding Director of Real World Group. Beverly remains Emeritus Professor of Leadership Studies at the University of Leeds, as well as an author, international speaker, adviser to several national boards and is a Patron of Women in Management.

Beverly believes that successful leaders leverage extraordinary performance through simple behaviours that engage people. Those who fail to appreciate their impact on others squander talent and potential every day.

With her passion for increasing leadership capacity in organisations and the ethical application of ‘inclusive’ leadership at all levels as well as supporting individuals and organisations to become more engaging, innovative, collaborative and effective- this will be an illuminating and highly useful session.

You can hear Beverly speak about the ‘Engaging Leadership Model’ and how that has helped organisations transform and excel  on Wednesday 15th May 15.00 – 16.00 and you can book your place here.

We look forward to seeing you there!
