The rapid transformation in organisational and team forms that we have seen since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic has reshaped work for many in ways that better suit organisations and their people. Unfortunately, research suggests that a great many leaders are ill-equipped to run teams who are no longer full time in the office and are not being provided with the support and development they need to be effective. In this workshop, we will summarise the latest findings from research and practice around what makes a successful leader of a hybrid team. Participants will also find out how they can get involved in ground-breaking research in this area.
