On behalf of PPMA Northern Ireland, lgsc and lgtg we are delighted to launch PPMA Northern Ireland Rising Star 2019. 

The Programme

The 2019 PPMA Rising Star event is for applicants who have been operating as an HR professional and are looking to take the step into a more senior HR role at some point in the near future. The competition has been designed to test your personal qualities in a range of activities, whilst at the same time helping you to enhance your confidence and resilience. We hope that participating in this competition will encourage you to achieve more than you thought possible in your career.

The PPMA is keen to create an environment where talent can shine, and to offer opportunities for everyone to learn, grow and stretch themselves. Through your participation, your organisation is telling you that you have the potential skills and qualities to be a future leader in the Public Sector. It will be up to you to make the most of this unique experience and to cherish your networks online and offline over the coming months and years.

This event is all about identifying and showcasing the tremendous breadth and depth of emerging talent that we have in the Public Sector.

What can you expect from the programme?

Our main hope is that participating in this competition will give your confidence and provide a platform for you to achieve ever greater career outcomes.

Who can take part?

Our programme is open to all HR & OD colleagues across public service organisations who are currently working in manager level roles.  We welcome people from all backgrounds and experience.

Enter the competition by reading the information pack and completing the application form HERE and sending it to [email protected] by 12 noon on Wednesday 16th October 2019.  Shortlisting will then take place and successful applicants will be notified and invited to the face-to-face assessment.
