Conference this year was focused around developing science around leadership, wellbeing, engagement, happiness and productivity with the theme of Don’t Worry, Be Happy:) 

We were joined for the 3 days in Birmingham by some extraordinary speakers and we hope that everyone who attended left feeling as inspired and uplifted as we did.

Conference #PPMAHR19 Feedback                   

Response to our conference held in May has been amazing so thank you to all who attended. One of our really key outcomes is that our conference App take-up continues to go from strength to strength with almost 70% of delegates making use of the App throughout conference and the number of unique hits over the 3 days up by 30% from last year.

This was the first time we have delivered a paperless conference and your feedback was overwhelming supportive and thanks to the fantastic work of Grace Davies on the App it made the transition feel very painless!

85% Excellent or Very Good with wonderful feedback about the quality of our invited speakers!

We also had twice as many people provide feedback to us this year compared to recent years and this is so important when we come to plan for future events.

We will take your views on board about the value for money of the accommodation and will seek to provide greater options for the 2020 conference.

Thanks to your feedback about the length of the conference being about right we plan to deliver a programme spread over 3 days and allow plenty of time for quality networking and engagement with colleagues and sponsors.
