Loreal is an Assistant Project Manager at Beatfreeks, where she leads on projects within youth governance. Loreal graduated from Birmingham City University, with a Masters in International Business Administration in 2017. Loreal shaped her studies around the intersecting nature between gender, race and culture and the implications within career progression. Through her work at Beatfreeks, Loreal advocates for organisations to become institutions of the future, through creativity, reflection and the power of young people
