Joint London and South East & Southern Regions Meeting

Putting Wellbeing at the centre of Business Strategy

This session will showcase why and how you can place wellbeing at the centre of business development and success.

As organisations sector wide strive for growth, or even fight for survival, understanding the significance of wellbeing, considered from a broader strategic business perspective, of the organisation, team and individual employee becomes imperative.

You will hear about the implications from the Stevenson and Farmer Review and the obligations that the public sector can expect to deliver to proactively address the growing problems of mental health in the workplace.
