The next joint London and South East/Southern regional PPMA event is being held on Friday 22 June 2018, with focuses on multi-generational and engagement issues in the workforce.   As ever this will be held at London Councils offices, 59½ Southwark Street, London SE1 0AL.

We have Patrick Thomson, from the Centre for Ageing Better, who leads on age-friendly programmes in employers and focuses on implementation and how to embed evidence and innovation to bring about behaviour change within organisations.

We also have Duncan Brown from the IES – Institute of Employment Studies presenting on Engagement in the workplace and how effective it has been in organisations.

South East, Southern and London Regions Event

The PPMA national programme event for the South-East, Southern and London regions took place on the 11th of December. This is one of a number of regional events being organised by the Policy Board as a follow-up to the 2015 Annual Seminar held in Bristol, with the theme of “Past, Present and Future”. A number of sponsors presented at the event helping to promote inclusion for those who were not able to attend the seminar, and to increase exposure and interaction between PPMA members and sponsors.

North West Regions Event

The PPMA national programme event for the North-West region took place on the 17th of March. This was one of a number of regional events being organised by the Policy Board as a follow-up to the 2015 Annual Seminar held in Bristol, with the theme of “Past, Present and Future”. A number of sponsors presented at the event helping to promote inclusion for those who were not able to attend the seminar, and to increase exposure and interaction between PPMA members and sponsors.
