In the last 12 months, we have been faced with significant changes. To provide support for our customers, we have partnered with Professor Julie Hodges of Durham University Business School to create a 45-minute virtual training session. It will provide practical guidance for procurement professionals and anyone involved in a procurement process. It will focus on how leaders and managers can engage people in co-creating and co-producing change so that they are committed to it and ensure that the change is sustainable. The session will cover:
- Engaging people with change
- Factors that drive engagement with organizational change
- Identifying key stakeholders and their impact and influence
- Appreciating why people react in certain ways to change
- Assessing readiness for change
The session will be delivered by Professor Julie Hodges. Julie is a leading expert on change in organizations, particularly the role and impact of people during transformations. She is Professor of Organisational Change, and Associate Dean at the Business School.
