The Search Begins for PPMA’s Apprentice of the Year
Do you employ an exceptional Apprentice? Someone who is excited by learning? Committee to building a career and has the potential and talent to make a real difference within the public sector? If you do, we want to hear from them.
New for 2014, we are looking to identify the PPMA Apprentice Of The Year, the one who really stands out.
We are looking for the most exceptional apprentices, those who are really fired up by learning, the ones who are really going to make a difference within the sector. The PPMA Apprentice of the year will provide personalised development opportunities, access to senior people to support the career development of participating Apprentices. This event has been created in partnership with The Development Company and supported by Manpower Group.
If you believe you have such an employee who is part of a Public Sector Apprenticeship programme then we would love to hear from them. Remember this event is targeting Apprentices from across all areas of your organization including HR. It is your chance to raise the profile of the great support the HR profession is seeking to deliver to raising the aspirations of young people across the public sector.
Entry is free for PPMA members and is easy. Simply ask your nominated Apprentice to fill in and return an online application form, available by clicking the link below. The application form will be used to select the best 15 Apprentices who will be invited to an exclusive Development Centre for two days and one night in Warwickshire on the 3rd and 4th April 2014.
The Development Centre will give you the opportunity to receive personal coaching and encouragement to demonstrate their full potential and allow us to identify three finalists who will be invited to Leeds on the 8th/9th May where the Apprentice of the Year will be announced at the PPMA annual gala awards evening.
Completed application forms should be returned to The Development Company by the 10th March 2014.
