We’re seeking to arrange a short networking / virtual round table event on 3rd December at 4pm for a group of between 6 and 12 HRDs.
The aim will be to create a safe, confidential space to enable HRDs to share personal reflections on resilience, as well as innovative ways to remain resilient or to regain resilience in these unique times. We’re really interested in personal stories, and we’d like to publish something (anonymised) after the event which we hope will be of use to our HR community.
The session will be facilitated by Jonathan Swain and Rebecca Rampat from the McLean Partnership, and also Gordon McFarlane from the PPMA.
