DESCRIPTION:\nAs we continue to experience overwhelming disruption to the workplace and our wider lives, HR remains at the forefront in enabling organisations through these uncertain times.\nWe shall continue the Tomorrow’s World series on the 16th March discussing the future for HR and asking a number of key questions HR leaders are grappling with.\nOur next Tomorrow’s World community event for HR in public services will cover the following key themes:\n\nLeadership During Disruption – How do HR leaders take time for themselves?\n\n\nWorkforce Mobilisation – Considerations for the return of the workforce to a traditional workplace.\n\n\nConnecting and Engaging a Disparate Workforce – As a leader how do you remain connected when your workforce is in different places and spaces?\n\n\nChanging Talent Landscape – Has the disruption of the last 12 months changed the “War for Talent”?\n\nHear from thought leaders and fellow HR professionals as to how they are addressing these critical topics, learn how technology is supporting and accelerating their response and gain insights into tools and techniques to support you and your wider organisation.\nSpeakers will include:\n\nFollowing the session, we will follow up with an Innovation Break Out Workshop to provide a deeper dive into how technology can support.
