SUMMARY:Transitioning change in procurement with CCS
DESCRIPTION:In the last 12 months, we have been faced with significant changes.  To provide support for our customers, we have partnered with Professor Julie Hodges of Durham University Business School to create a 45-minute virtual training session.  It will provide practical guidance for procurement professionals and anyone involved in a procurement process. It will focus on how leaders and managers can engage people in co-creating and co-producing change so that they are committed to it and ensure that the change is sustainable. The session will cover:\n\nEngaging people with change\n\n\nFactors that drive engagement with organizational change\n\n\nIdentifying key stakeholders and their impact and influence\n\n\nAppreciating why people react in certain ways to change\n\n\nAssessing readiness for change\n\n\nThe session will be delivered by Professor Julie Hodges. Julie is a leading expert on change in organizations, particularly the role and impact of people during transformations.  She is Professor of Organisational Change, and Associate Dean at the Business School.   Julie is the author of several books including ‘Consultancy, Organizational Development and Change’, ‘ Managing and Leading People through Change’ (Kogan Page); Sustaining Change in Organizations(Sage), Employee Engagement for Organizational Change’ (Routledge), ‘Organization Development: how organizations change and develop effectively’ (Palgrave McMillan). Her latest book is ‘Reshaping HR: the role of HR in organizational change’ (Routledge).\n\nRegister here to join our session at 10:00 – 11:00 am on Wednesday 20 January.\n
