Pepper, together with Phil Webster from Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, will explain how robotics can benefit (not replace) humans. Pepper has a staff badge and is a critical part of the Southend workforce, working with adults and children to improve lives he’s recently been helping people with dementia as well as Autism.\n \nJane Graham – Wiltshire Council\nJane Graham will offer insight into how Wiltshire Council have been using behavioural and psychometric profiling in their recruitment, from job advert to interview. This has helped them build ideal candidate profiles to attract people with the right ‘fit’ and ensured more success at hiring first time round.
