HR, OD, and L&D folk frequently use a Transition Curve to help us to understand how individuals, teams and functions in our organisations are responding to change.\nKate Pearlman Shaw reminds us that underpinning every reaction to change is an emotion and that attending to the emotion is equally important as making sure that the purpose and the information about the change are clear and understood.
