PPMA Policy Briefing - Healthy Lives, Healthy People
This PPMA Policy Briefing summarises key issues from the Healthy Lives, Healthy People: Update and Way Forward paper which describes the new public healthcare system for England that will be in place by April 2013 or earlier.
The changes have significant HR and OD implications since, although the numbers of transferring staff are likely to be small in proportion to receiving organisations, the potential service design and working culture implications will be greater.
