As a membership organisation first and foremost, we constantly strive to engage with and be responsive to the needs of all of our members. We equally want to harness their drive and energy to create greater impact and outcomes as a consequence of our work. At the heart of our approach to member involvement and engagement is our network of Regional Groups.
Our eleven Regions ensure that PPMA covers England, Wales and Northern Ireland and enables members to access the PPMA network and community at a more local level. Each region is responsible for its own programme of work and for the nomination and election of a Regional Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. The Regional Chairs form the core of the PPMA National Policy Board, working with the National Officers and Lead Policy Officers. Our Regional Chairs are pivotal in ensuring that the voice and issues from our members shape and influence our response to issues as an Association and how we determine our policy and position on issues of importance to the public sector HR and OD profession as a whole.
In this section of the website, we provide you with further information about each of our Regional Groups, the names of our Regional Chairs and how to contact them and, importantly, details of activities, events and upcoming meetings within each of the PPMA Regions.
